Dear Sir/Madam,

This year we will be sponsoring “An Autumn Odyssey with Art, Wine and Music”. It will take place on November 5 from 7-11 at the Tuscarawas Center for The Arts. The Art Center is located at 461 Robinson Drive SE New Phila. A wine tasting will be provided by some excellent wineries. Appetizers will be served by Trax Diner. The evening will include blues and jazz music performed by “Sufferin’ Moses” and “Kodachrome Babies”. Talented local high school students will be exhibiting their art. I am contacting you on behalf of The Pathway to Wellness and requesting your support in the form of a tax-deductible donation or silent auction item.

For those of you who are not familiar with our organization, Pathway to Wellness is a committee of the Tuscarawas Friends of the Homeless. Pathway to Wellness is dedicated to nurturing, assisting and advocating for individuals, families and communities affected by substance abuse, homelessness, mental illness and/or abuse.

I am asking you to help us out this year by giving a tax-deductible donation to Pathway to Wellness. I hope we can count on you to sponsor a table for 8-10 people for $500. Your name will be included in all of our news releases and advertisements. Your name will be recognized through the night of the event. Tickets may be purchased for $25. However, please note that any donation amount is always welcomed.
